🍽️ One-Pan Creamy Italian Chicken & Veggies Ingredients • 1–1.5 lbs baby gold potatoes, halved or quartered • 2 cups broccoli florets • 2–4 chicken breasts or thighs • ½–1 cup Primal Kitchen Creamy Italian Dressing (or any Italian dressing) • ¼–½ cup grated parmesan cheese • Olive oil • Salt • Pepper • Garlic powder • Paprika Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Prep the veggies • Spread potatoes and broccoli on a large sheet pan. • Drizzle with olive oil. • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat. 3. Season & coat the chicken • In a bowl, season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. • Add Italian dressing and toss to coat. 4. Assemble • Place chicken on the pan, nestling it between the vegetables. 5. Bake • Roast for about 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender. • Optional: Add broccoli halfway through if you prefer it less crispy. 6. Finish • Sprinkle parmesan over everything in the last few minutes of baking or right after. 7. Serve & enjoy!
