15-minute red pasta that tastes like it cooked all day 🍝✨🍅 Super quick, super easy, and packed with rich, tangy, slightly sweet flavours thanks to good quality San Marzano tomatoes & Kitchen Secrets San Marzano Marinara Sauce❤️ No fuss, just real ingredients doing their thing. Here’s the super easy recipe: • Boil the pasta: Cook spaghetti in heavily salted water till ~85–90% done. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining. • Prep the base: In a pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Add 1 tbsp sliced garlic + oregano + red chilli flakes. Sauté on low heat for <1 min (don’t burn the spices). • Add veggies: Toss in sliced zucchini, mushrooms & cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 3–4 mins till slightly soft but still have a bite. • Add the sauce: Pour in your marinara (I used San Marzano sauce). Let it simmer for ~5 mins. • Fresh herbs: Add a handful (7–8 leaves) of fresh basil. • Bring it together: Add the boiled spaghetti + 2–3 tbsp reserved pasta water. Toss well so everything gets coated. • Finish: Plate it up, top with lots of grated parmesan + a drizzle of olive oil. Done. Quick, flavourful, and feels gourmet with barely any effort ❤️ #TomatoPasta #EasyPastaRecipe #DateNightFood #TomatoLovers
