Save it for later 💚 Find the recipe below or comment ‘DUMPLING SOUP’ to get it in your inbox 👇 🍜 15‑Minute Spicy Dumpling Noodle Soup (serves 2) Ingredients 1 tbsp red curry paste 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Cold Blended Paste 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Ginger Cold Blended Paste 1 tbsp crispy chilli oil (plus extra to serve) 400ml coconut milk 300ml chicken stock 2 tsp fish sauce Juice of 1 lime 10 frozen dumplings 2 eggs (optional) 2 bunches bok choy, chopped 400g udon noodles 2 spring onions, sliced Sesame seeds, to serve Method 1️⃣ Boil eggs 6–7 mins for jammy yolks. Cool and peel. 2️⃣ Sauté curry paste, lemongrass, ginger and chilli oil 1–2 mins until fragnant. 3️⃣ Add coconut milk and stock; simmer. Stir in fish sauce and lime. 4️⃣ Add dumplings and noodles.
